Hello, my name is Marcus John Abraham. I have been studying Reiki and personal development for 21 years. From 2010, I have also trained in Hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT.

I have used these approaches to transform my life both mentally and emotionally, and they have given me a wealth of knowledge and personal experience which I now use to help others change their lives.
Life can be tough at times. Parents don’t get a manual on how to “do the job right”, and society is quick to put you in a box with a label on it you before you even know it.
We all have positive and negative experiences, but it’s the not so good events and situations that hold the key to transforming your life.
I lead group workshops and offer one to one coaching and therapy sessions. I want to take you from where you are, to exactly where you want to be, helping you transform yourself and your life physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

In November 1999, I was diagnosed with clinical depression, just 17 years old, a teenager I sought many paths to find something that would help me heal and change my life in a positive way. Through that transformational journey my life improved and I became well. Through inner work, accessing the right support and taking action everything changed. My journey began with Reiki which transformed how I saw myself and the world and connected me to something bigger than myself and gave me a purpose. This self study, healing and introspection led to exploring other techniques such as Hypnosis/ NLP and EFT Tapping. These 4 methods of healing created a foundation that supported me to move forward and change my life.
I have used all the techniques and principles I practise on myself, so you’re getting the most potent life-changing tools on the planet. I have walked the path to a better life, and through my direct experience, I can help YOU do the same.
